THIS MATTER came before the Court for hearings on July 16, 2012 and August 23,1 upon the Motion to Approve Early Pay-off of Chapter 13 Plan [ECF No. 35] (the “Motion”) filed by Michael Gordon Tibbs and Tatiana Belham Tibbs (“Ms. Tibbs” and, with Michael Gordon Tibbs, the “Debtors”).
