FLETCHER, Chief Judge:

The appellant was convicted of wrongful transfer and sale of heroin and of wrongful possession of marihuana in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of $240.00 pay per month for 60 months, confinement at hard labor for 5 years, and reduction to the grade of airman basic.
