OPINION
BRADFORD, Judge.
Appellants/Remonstrators Gary West, ef al., ("Appellants") appeal from the trial court's denial of their motion for summary judgment and its judgment in favor of Appellee/Respondent the City of Princeton. Appellants contend that the trial court erred in denying their summary judgment motion because Princeton allegedly failed to strictly comply with the relevant notice statute. Moreover, Appellants contend that the trial court's judgment is clearly erroneous in several respects. We affirm the judgment of the trial court and its denial of Appellants' summary judgment…
