This is a bill in equity to redeem a lot of land situated in Orneville, Piscataquis county, from a mortgage given by Eliza A. Kealiher to Joseph L. Smith, dated April 16, 1880, recorded April 17, 1880, and assigned by said Smith to the defendant, Blake, April 15, 1881, and recorded on the 18th of the same month.
