MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

MARTEN, District Judge.

The matter is currently before the court on the defendant’s Motion to Dismiss which invokes a forum selection clause in the contract. There are no significant fact questions in the case. For the reasons identified herein, the court will grant the defendant’s motion.

Forum selection clauses should be enforced unless unreasonable under the circumstances. M/S Bremen v. Zapata Off-Shore Co., 407 U.S. 1, 10, 92 S.Ct. 1907, 32 L.Ed.2d 513 (1972); Carnival Cruise Lines, Inc. v. Shute, 499 U.S. 585, 588, 111 S.Ct. 1522, 113 L.Ed.2d 622 (1991). Such clauses…
