This case is presently before the Court on the motion to lift stay filed by Harris International Telecommunications, Inc., (“Harris”) on November 13, 1986 to allow Harris to continue a collection action before the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. Harris prays that the stay be lifted pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 362(d)(1) for cause, that is, for lack of good faith, and for failure to provide adequate protection to its monthly lease installments.
