The appellee obtained a judgment in the court of a justice of the peace against his tenant, the appellant, for the possession of leased premises. The appellant then carried the case to the county court by means of a writ of certiorari, for which he executed a bond with O'Neal and Hopson as sureties thereon. The case was tried de novo in the county court and a judgment was rendered for the appellee for the possession of the property and against the appellant and the sureties on his bond for the sum of $200.
