Hampton Tree Farms, Inc. v. Jewett

Erickson Hardwood Company (EHC) appeals from a judgment that the trial court entered on plaintiff Hampton Tree Farms, Inc.’s (Hampton) claims for amounts due for logs and lumber drying services and on EHC’s counterclaims for breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. On appeal, EHC asserts that the judgment does not properly give effect to the jury’s verdict. On cross-appeal, Hampton asserts that the trial court erred in not granting its motions for directed verdict on EHC’s counterclaims.
