In its Second Amended Complaint [Doc. # 15], plaintiff claims misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, violation of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (“CUTPA”), conspiracy, and false advertising under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a)(1)(B).
