I. INTRODUCTION
This breach of contract action, relating to failure to pay commissions on the sale of alpacas, is currently before the Court on Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, Doc. 14.1 When filed, the motion was on behalf of both the individual defendant (Ryen Munro) and the corporate defendant (Tripping Gnome Farm, LLC) (sometimes, "TGF"). Subsequently, and while the motion to dismiss was pending, TGF filed a voluntary petition for bankruptcy in the District of Maine.
