In an action, inter alia, for injunctive relief, the defendant Station Square Inn Apartments Corp. appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (James J. Golia, J.), dated December 23, 2010, as granted that branch of the plaintiff’s motion which was to. preliminarily enjoin it from foreclosing on, selling, transferring, or assigning the plaintiffs shares of stock in a certain residential cooperative housing corporation and proprietary leases for the subject apartments during the pendency of the action.
