I dissent. The lengthy record in this matter, upon careful review in its entirety, sustains the charges against respondent. The facts disclosed in this dissent are set out verbatim from the record, so that the conclusions drawn herein may be compared with those drawn by the majority. This Court has been repeatedly harassed by outsiders since its appointment of a judge pro tempore in this matter last November.
