Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Jefferson County (James P. McClusky, J.), entered March 22, 2016. The order granted the motion of defendant GYMO Architecture, Engineering & Land Surveying, PC., for summary judgment and dismissed the complaint and any cross claims against said defendant.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
