In this admiralty action, Carolyn G. Randall, as personal representative of the estate of her husband, Edward E. Randall, seeks relief for injuries suffered by her husband before his death. Jurisdiction is based on 28 U.S.C. § 1333. Decedent was employed by defendant Baltimore City’s Fire Department from February 1953 to March 1972, first as a water tender on a City fireboat.
