Balbino Garcia (claimant) was employed by Royal Factories, Inc. (employer) in Philadelphia as a laborer, *61at a salary of $77.10 per week, when, while at work on July 9, 1968, he fell and injured his left knee. On November 1, 1968 he entered into a compensation agreement with the employer for the payment of weekly benefits for total disability in the amount of $51.40 per week. On April 3, 1969 the employer filed a petition for termination and after hearings in March and July of 1970 a referee issued his decision finding partial disability and ordering the employer to pay…
