This matter is before the court on motions for post-trial relief filed by both plaintiffs, Debra Smoke Lenhart and Randall Lenhart, her husband, and defendants, Filippo Naccarato and Nella Naccarato, t/d/b/a Filippo Beauty Salon and Hair Removal Clinic.
