Furniture Manufacturing Corporation, d/b/a Fixtures Furniture (“Fixtures”), appeals from a denial of a preliminary injunction and an order dissolving a temporary restraining order against respondents Michael L. Joseph, Peter J. Raskis, and JR Associates, Inc. (all respondents will be col lectively referred to herein as “JR”).
