ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
MARY D. SCOTT, Bankruptcy Judge.
THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon a Motion for Summary Judgment, filed on August 26,1994, by the defendants. Previously, upon a sua sponte review of the file, the Court directed the parties to brief the issue of whether this adversary proceeding was barred by either the doctrine of collateral estoppel or res judicata. Both parties have filed briefs regarding these issues and the defendants filed a motion for summary judgment, pursuant to Rule 56,'Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
