MEMORANDUM OF DECISION DENYING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS COMPLAINT [Dkt. #10]

I. Introduction

The Plaintiff, Michael Skakel (“Skakel”), brings this action against Defendants Nancy Grace, Beth Karas, Turner Broadcast System, Inc., and Time Warner, Inc. alleging libel, slander, and false light invasion of privacy in nine counts. Defendants have moved to dismiss the complaint in its entirety pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim upon which *203relief may be granted. For the reasons that follow, Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss is DENIED.
