In this civil action for monetary relief, brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and Wis consin state law, plaintiff Ivory Wade contends that defendants Marcelo Castillo and Joseph Drinka committed medical malpractice and exhibited deliberate indifference to his serious medical needs in violation of the Eighth Amendment.
