MEMORANDUM DECISION DENYING CONFIRMATION OF THE DEBTORS’ PROPOSED PLAN

On May 10, 2010, the Court held a telephonic hearing on confirmation of the debtors’ proposed chapter 13 plan. The debtors were represented by Daniel R. Freund, and the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee was represented by Staff Attorney Leslie Brodhead Griffith.
