MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
FITZWATER, District Judge.
Defendants, four Texas limited partnerships and two Texas corporations who own and operate apartment complexes in Dallas and Harris Counties, Texas, have applied for a preliminary injunction to enjoin the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation (“FSLIC”) from, among other things, conducting a nonjudicial foreclosure of certain real property owned by defendants.
