Robert C. Lisk (Lisk) brings this action, individually and on behalf of a class of similarly situated persons, against Lumber One Wood Preserving, LLC (Lumber One) for alleged breach of express warranty and violation of the Alabama Deceptive Trade Practices Act (ADTPA), Ala.Code §§ 8-19-1 et seq.
