THIS CASE came before this Court on the Defendant Capital City Bank f/k/a Industrial National Bank’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff Securities Investor Protection Corporation’s (SIPC) First Amended Complaint. For the reasons discussed below Capital City Bank’s Motion to Dismiss will be GRANTED.
