FRICK, J., The Eden Irrigation Company and others, not necessary to be named, joined as plaintiffs in an application to this court for a writ of prohibition against the district court of Weber county and the ITon. James N. Kimball, as judge of said court. We shall hereinafter refer to the district court only.
