Appellant Layne Walker appeals the trial court’s denial of his motion to dismiss appellee Stephen Hartman’s lawsuit1 against him pursuant to the Texas Citizens’ Participation Act (“TCPA”). See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Ann. §§ 27.001-.011 (West 2015), § 51.014(a)(12) (West *75Supp. 2016) (providing for an interlocutory appeal of the denial of a motion to dismiss filed under section 27.003 of the TCPA).
