Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Sise, J.), entered June 28, 2001 in Montgomery County, which granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
*813While traveling eastbound on a two-lane road in the Town of Perth, Montgomery County, plaintiff lost control of her vehicle in the middle of a curve after a westbound vehicle crossed into her lane of traffic and forced her onto the right shoulder.
