MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

HOLWELL, District Judge.

Petitioner Tyrone Nowlin brings this ha-beas petition pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 challenging his state court conviction for two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, two counts of sodomy in the first degree, six counts of sexual abuse in the second degree, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
