1. INTRODUCTION

Pro se prisoner plaintiff Timothy Booth (“Booth”) brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against several employees or former employees of the Philadelphia Prison System (“PPS defendants”). 1 Booth alleges that while he was at PPS’s Curran Fromhold Correctional Facility (“CFCF”) and House of Corrections (“HOC”), PPS defendants violated his First, Fourth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendment rights under the United States Constitution.
