Lowdermilk, J.

Plaintiff-appellant Michael R. Gilbert appeals from a judgment and verdict denying his claim for relief against defendants-appellees Stone City Construction Company, Inc., (Stone City) and W. L. Thomas, Inc. (Thomas). At the close of all the evidence, the trial court entered judgment on the evidence against Gilbert on his products liability claim but submitted his negligence claim to the j ury, who found against Gilbert.

We reverse.
