This appeal from judgment and sentence, pronounced on verdict of guilty as to each defendant on both counts, is prosecuted by three defendants who were jointly, tried on an information charging them with the crime of second degree burglary and the crime of robbery of the custodian of the subject-matter of the burglary.
It is first contended that, having made the showing required by the statute (Rem. Comp. Stat., § 2135), the trial court erred in overruling the appellants’ motion for a continuance.
