1Opinion of the Court

DIMOND, Justice Pro Tern.

Frederick Richardson was indicted for assault with a dangerous weapon and unlawful possession of the drug cocaine. After the trial court denied Richardson’s motion to suppress the drugs found on his person, Richardson entered a plea of nolo conten-dere to the charge of unlawful possession of an illegal drug, and the charge of assault with a dangerous weapon was dismissed. He was sentenced to four years imprisonment and now appeals 1 on the ground that the cocaine ought to have been suppressed as evidence because it was found in a search following an unlawful arrest.
