On April 28, 1897, appellant recovered a judgment in the superior court of King county in case Ho. 22,855 against respondent and one A. B. Grossman for the sum of $1,329.26. Thereafter, and prior to June 4, 1897, a sum aggregating $332.30 was collected upon this judgment by execution levied upon property of A. B. Grossman. This amount was duly credited upon the judgment.
