MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WALKER, District Judge:

Defendants William Liscom (“Liscom”), Energy Information Investments, LTD. (“EH”) and Barry Jolly (“Jolly”) move for an order dismissing plaintiffs’ amended complaint for want of subject matter jurisdiction, alleging that there is no diversity of citizenship between plaintiffs and Eli. Defendants also request that this Court impose sanctions pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 11. Plaintiffs Petroleum & Energy Intelligence Weekly, Inc.
