Plaintiffs IGY Ocean Bay Properties, Ltd. (“IGY”) and Island Global Yachting Ltd. (“IGYL”) (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”) commenced an action in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County (the “State Court”), against Ocean Bay Properties I Ltd., Ocean Bay Properties II Ltd., British Colonial Development Company Ltd., PRK Holdings Ltd., Adurion Capital Ltd., and George Allen (collectively, the “Defendants”).
