This case arises out of the misappropriation of over eight million dollars in loan proceeds designated to fund a series of residential loan transactions. Following a jury trial, the trial court entered a take-nothing judgment against Flagstar Bank, FSB (“Flagstar”) on its negligence claims against Mark Walker (“Walker”), Contemporary Title Solutions (“CTS”) and First American Title Insurance Company (“First American”).
