This is an appeal by the Board of Attorneys Professional Responsibility (Board) from the report of the referee finding that the respondent attorney, Paul Leo Kelly, an attorney licensed to practice law in Wisconsin since 1964, and who practices in Eau Claire, committed numerous violations of the court’s rules governing the professional conduct of attorneys and recommending that the respondent’s license to practice law be suspended for a period of one year and that he be ordered to pay the sum of $9,000 toward the costs of the…
