Plaintiff appeals as of right from the denial of his motion for reconsideration of an order granting summary disposition to defendantappellee. The trial court entered the order based on a finding that defendant-appellee was entitled to governmental immunity. We affirm.

Plaintiff’s decedent, Josephine DeRocco, underwent a successful heart transplant in June of 1985 at the University of Michigan Health Center.
