This matter comes before the court on the adversary complaint filed by Joji Taka-da, not individually but as chapter 7 trustee for Eric and Kimberly Isaacson (“Debtors” or “Isaacsons”). Trustee seeks a determination that the Isaacsons are not entitled to a discharge in this case under 11 U.S.C.§ 727(a)(4)(A) and (a)(6)(A).1 *382Trustee argues that the Isaacsons should be denied their discharge for knowingly and fraudulently making a false oath at the time their original chapter 13 schedules were filed.
