This matter is before the Court upon defendant Hartford Casualty Insurance Company’s (hereinafter “defendant”) Motion to Dismiss Adversary Proceeding (Fil.#23), and plaintiffs’ (hereinafter the “Armstrongs” or the “debtors”) Response to Motion to Dismiss (Fil.# 25).
