HIGGINBOTHAM, Circuit Judge:

■ Appellant Shannon Parks admitted to two violations of his conditions of supervised release. With an applicable guideline range of 21-27 months, the district court sentenced him to the statutory maximum — 60 months. Parks urges that the district court committed two procedural errors: (1) it failed to consider the 18 U.S.C. § 3553(a) factors; and (2) it failed to give a “specific reason” for his non-guideline sentence, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 3553(c)(2).
