First National Bank v. Shank

This cause was formerly before this court under the title of Mocrc, Treasurer of the City of Ouray, v. The First National Bank of Ouray, et al., reported in 38 Colorado at page 336, where the substance of the amended complaint upon which the case was tried is set forth at considerable length.
