I. Introduction
Plaintiff Robert Warnke (“Plaintiff’ or “Warnke”) commenced this action on January 30, 2009 against his former employer, Defendant CVS Corporation1 (“Defendant” or “CVS”), alleging employment discrimination on the basis of age in violation of federal and New York State laws. Currently before this Court is Plaintiffs motion [DE 13] to quash subpoenas duces tecum served by Defendant on Plaintiffs three subsequent employers (collectively, the “Subpoenas”). See DE 13, Ex. 1.
