Wallace Dean Bittick appeals his bench-tried conviction for first-degree robbery. The issues on appeal center around Bit-tick’s right against self-incrimination guaranteed by the Fifth Amendment as applied to the States under the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, Malloy v.
