Defendant, David Michael Dickens, pled nolo contendere to three counts, one of negligent homicide, MCL 750.324; MSA 28.556, one of operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor, MCL 257.625; MSA 9.2325, and one of driving while license revoked, MCL 257.904; MSA 9.2604. These nolo contendere pleas were made pursuant to an agreement in which two other counts were dismissed.
