This is an action under Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act (“LMRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 185, filed by plaintiff Frank Lee Hocker against Navistar International Transportation Corp. (“Navistar”), the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace, and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW) and Local 658, United Automobile, Aerospace, Agriculture Implement Workers of America (UAW) (hereinafter referred to as “the Union”).
