This matter is before the Court on a Complaint by the Trustee in Bankruptcy asserting certain causes of action in favor of the Debtors, Charles Henry Holler and Carlinda Kathleen Holler, against the above-captioned Defendants. The causes of action arise from a contractual relationship between Charles Henry Holler and Defendant, Trooper Publications, Inc. (TPI) and the stock ownership interest of Carlinda Kathleen Holler in FCIA Marketing, Inc. (FCIA).
