Defendant in error, the Foreman State Trust and Savings Bank, as administrator of the estate of Frances Tauber, deceased, filed in the probate court of Cook county a claim against the estate of Max Tauber, deceased, for $20,000 under the provisions of an ante-nuptial contract entered into between Tauber and Frances Tauber. The claim was allowed as of the sixth class in the probate court.
