WARING, District Judge.
This cause was commenced and filed in the Court of Common Pleas for Chesterfield County, South Carolina. The complaint alleges that certain injuries were sustained by the minor plaintiff as a result of the negligent acts of the defendant ■and prays for damages in the sum of $50,-000. The defendant railroad company by appropriate proceedings filed a petition for removal to the United States District Court for this district.
