This plaintiff recovered judgment in the Circuit Court of St. Louis for personal injuries received by him while in defendant's employ in consequence of falling from the top of a box car while he was inspecting such car and others on behalf of defendant, a railroad corporation engaged in interstate commerce. There is little, if any, dispute as to the facts and the same were mostly stipulated at the trial.
